Work with remote support service representatives to understand equipment issues before arriving on site. Travel to sites to diagnose problems and repair or replace equipment as needed. Provide regularly scheduled preventive maintenance for Multidisciplinary equipment. Follow company procedures and safety policies. Ability to install mechanical / electrical equipment, diagnose problems, and perform repairs. Excellent problem-solving skills with an aptitude for solving technical problems. Ability to cooperate with others and work well in a team. Communication skills with customers. Mobility capability. At least three years of experience in a similar role.
