The Tucson, AZ market is rapidly expanding! Our office has more leads than we can handle, and we are looking for Agents to partner with.

We are a driven Real Estate company with an aggressive internet lead generation system and referral business.

    • Compensation :

    $106,500+ Commission Based

    Responsibilities :

  • Consult with clients in order to discover their property desires; then find properties that meet those needs
  • Help clients choose mortgage options that meet their needs
  • Participate in open houses, networking functions, and the MLS to enhance your sales
  • Consistently network with new customers
  • Conduct initial appointments
  • Consistent lead follow-up
  • Write contracts
  • A proven system for turning buyer prospects into closed deals
  • Provide lead updates

    • Qualifications :

  • Current and active Real Estate License
  • Willingness to learn new tools, systems, and technologies
  • Serve as an advocate for clients and their goals
  • Display excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Be a member or be willing to join the association and MLS
  • Active listening skills
