Key Responsibilities
- Maintain and prepare mammalian cell cultures, including cancer cell lines and iPSC-derived cells.
- Prepare reagents for cell culture and assay execution, both manual and automated.
- Execute wet-lab protocols involving high-content imaging and plate readers.
- Operate automated liquid handling systems (e.g., plate washers, dispensers).
- Support assay development and optimization.
- Maintain electronic lab notebooks and ensure compliance with safety protocols.
- Assist in drafting SOPs, Risk Assessments, and best practice documentation.
Required Skills & Experience
BSc or equivalent in biology, biotechnology, biomedical sciences, or related life science.2+ years of hands-on experience in :
Mammalian cell cultureCell-based assaysLaboratory instrumentationNice to Have
