BlueChew D2C healthcare technology company is seeking a super-talented VFX + Motion Designer to join our team in our Austin, TX office.

In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping our brand identity and initiating exciting new concepts for commercials and other digital media. The ideal candidate will be scrappy, innovative, and have a strong interest in emerging technologies - including AI.

You will work directly with the Marketing Team to create new TV and Social Ads across a wide range of channels, including Television (streaming + Linear), TikTok, Meta, Snap, Reddit, and Programmatic. These Ads should be cutting-edge, cool, and out-of-the-box. We’re looking for someone who genuinely wants to work in the office, not just tolerates it.

What You'll Do

• Design and execute appealing VFX and motion graphics for a dynamic range of projects.
• Edit and enhance videos, including trimming, color correction, audio adjustment, visual effects, graphics, and animations.
• Provide creative input and contribute to brainstorming sessions for new marketing campaigns, product launches, and branding initiatives.
• Provide creative solutions to complex visual challenges, demonstrating a resourceful and gritty approach to problem-solving.
• Stay updated on the latest trends, tools, and advancements to bring innovative ideas to the table.
• Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders, providing regular updates on project progress.
