Satellite Electrical Integration Engineer (Launch Operations)- Midland, TX

Join Zachary Piper Solutions as a Satellite Electrical Integration Engineer supporting launch operations. You will oversee the final electrical integration and testing of satellites before launch.

Responsibilities :

• Act as the on-site electrical engineering representative for satellite integration with launch vehicles.
• Perform final integration and testing of satellites at launch sites.
• Collaborate with launch vehicle providers and ground support teams to ensure compliance with interface and electrical requirements.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during pre-launch preparations.
• Ensure the safe and effective use of electrical ground support equipment (EGSE).
• Ensure all hardware and processes meet safety, quality, and launch provider standards.
• Maintain documentation and provide detailed reports of all launch site activities.
• Work closely with mission assurance teams to verify readiness.
• Collaborate with systems, electrical, and software engineers to support integrated operations and issue resolution.

Requirements :

Compensation & Benefits :

Salary : ~$85,000 - ~$150,000 (depending on experience)

Location : 100% onsite in Midland, TX
