Business Office Coordinator

Coordinates business office activities to facilitate efficient patient scheduling, assuring accurate patient registration, medical record management and billing for both clinic and physician services.

Principle Responsibilities

• Coordinates business office activities to facilitate efficient patient scheduling.
• Supports leadership in daily operations and patient complaint resolution.
• Assures accurate patient registration.
• Manages patient electronic medical record.
• Handles billing for both clinic and physician services.
• Creates provider schedules, assists with productivity reports and assists and facilitates meetings.
• Other duties as assigned.

Pay Range

Pay Range : $27.04 to $37.07 per hour. The pay described reflects the base hiring pay range. Your starting rate would depend on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, your experience, education, and the union agreement (if applicable). Shift, weekend and / or other differentials may be available to increase your pay rate for certain shifts or work.
