Lead the full-cycle accounts payable function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices, payments, and vendor setupOversee vendor management, maintain strong relationships, and resolve escalated payment or invoice issuesManage AP-related month-end and year-end close activities, including reconciliations and reportingEnsure compliance with internal controls, accounting policies, and regulatory standardsDirect the annual 1099 process and maintain proper vendor documentationMonitor AP aging reports, identify discrepancies, and ensure timely resolutionSupervise, mentor, and develop AP staff while fostering a culture of accountability, accuracy, and continuous improvementCollaborate with other departments to streamline workflows and enhance system integrationLead or participate in process improvement and system optimization initiatives to drive efficiencySupport audits, special projects, and cross-functional financial initiatives as neededQualifications :
Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field requiredMinimum of 5 years of progressive AP experience including leadership or supervisory responsibilitiesStrong understanding of full-cycle AP, financial controls, and ERP systemsProficiency in Excel and familiarity with electronic payment and banking platformsExcellent communication, organization, and leadership skillsAbility to manage multiple priorities and work effectively across teams#ACCPRI
