Family Practice - Without OB Physician

Client seeks Physician or Nurse Practitioner for PRN shifts from October 27-November 26 at their Corporate Health clinic in Franklin, IN. Provider will see ages 3 and up for Primary Care, acute episodic care, physicals, and wellness visits. Hours are Monday & Wednesday 7 : 30am-3 : 30pm, Tuesday & Thursday 8 : 30am-4 : 30pm, both with a 60-minute lunch break from 12-1pm, and Friday 7 : 30am-11 : 30am. Provider must be Board Certified and have 2+ years of clinical experience in a Primary Care specialty to qualify for this assignment. Current dates are October 27 & 28 and November 6, 7, 11, 17, 18, 19, 20, 21, 24, 25, & 26.
