10-4 Logistics USA is seeking reliable, safety-focused CDL‑A drivers for a dedicated regional account. This position features dedicated routes, 100% no‑touch freight, assigned sleeper tractors (no slip seating), predictable weekly home time, and competitive compensation designed to attract both experienced drivers and recent CDL‑A graduates.

  • Key responsibilities

Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles on assigned dedicated regional routes in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.

  • Handle 100% no‑touch dry van freight using drop‑and‑hook procedures; perform stops as required by account instructions.
  • Complete thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs or defects.
  • Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and other required documentation (ELD usage as required).
  • Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and account representatives regarding schedule, delays, or issues.
  • Adhere to hours‑of‑service rules and company safety standards at all times.
  • Minimum qualifications
  • Valid CDL‑A (Class A) license.

  • 1 year of T / T experience within the last 36 months verifiable
  • Minimum age 21 and ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.
  • Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks.
  • Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers.
  • Preferred
  • Previous tractor‑trailer experience on regional or dedicated routes. Recent CDL‑A graduates are encouraged to apply; mentor‑led paid training can be provided.

  • Demonstrated commitment to safe driving, punctuality, and professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations.
  • Compensation & pay details
  • Average weekly pay range : $1,500 – $1,700.

  • Stop pay : $6 per stop.
  • Drop & Hook pay : $6 per drop and hook.
  • Additional performance incentives and bonuses may be available based on safety and productivity.
  • Schedule, equipment & working conditions
  • Dedicated account with consistent routes and schedules.

  • Assigned sleeper tractor (no slip seating) to promote equipment familiarity and safety.
  • 100% no‑touch freight (dry van) using drop‑and‑hook operations.
  • Home weekly for two days to support work‑life balance.
