10-4 Logistics USA is seeking reliable, safety-focused CDL‑A drivers for a dedicated regional account. This position features dedicated routes, 100% no‑touch freight, assigned sleeper tractors (no slip seating), predictable weekly home time, and competitive compensation designed to attract both experienced drivers and recent CDL‑A graduates.
Operate Class A commercial motor vehicles on assigned dedicated regional routes in compliance with DOT regulations and company policies.
Handle 100% no‑touch dry van freight using drop‑and‑hook procedures; perform stops as required by account instructions.Complete thorough pre‑trip and post‑trip vehicle inspections and promptly report maintenance needs or defects.Maintain accurate logs, inspection records, and other required documentation (ELD usage as required).Communicate professionally and promptly with dispatch and account representatives regarding schedule, delays, or issues.Adhere to hours‑of‑service rules and company safety standards at all times.Minimum qualificationsValid CDL‑A (Class A) license.
1 year of T / T experience within the last 36 months verifiableMinimum age 21 and ability to meet DOT medical and regulatory requirements for commercial drivers.Ability to pass required drug screening and background checks.Proficiency in English sufficient for safe operation and clear communication with dispatch and customers.PreferredPrevious tractor‑trailer experience on regional or dedicated routes. Recent CDL‑A graduates are encouraged to apply; mentor‑led paid training can be provided.
Demonstrated commitment to safe driving, punctuality, and professional customer service at pickup and delivery locations.Compensation & pay detailsAverage weekly pay range : $1,500 – $1,700.
