Interim CNO – 4–6 Month Contract

Location : North East Metro Area

Compensation : Temp Housing + Travel Allowance + Per Diem

The Interim Solutions team at Reid & Associates is partnering with a North Eastern, US hospital to identify an Interim Chief Nursing Officer (CNO) for a 4–6 month contract role.

This vibrant metro area offers a wide range of amenities including restaurants, shopping, local theater, and a strong, engaged community.

The hospital is seeking a dynamic and visible leader to drive patient care excellence, improve key performance metrics, and foster employee engagement. The ideal CNO will be accessible, collaborative, and focused on empowering staff while strengthening overall hospital outcomes.

Qualifications

• Current RN license or ability to obtain
• Minimum 4 years of relevant clinical experience
• Minimum 4 years of leadership experience
• BSN, MSN required
