Regional Operations Manager

As a Regional Operations Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing field operations within your designated region, ensuring alignment with company objectives, and fostering a culture that embodies our core values. Key Responsibilities :
Setting Company Objectives :
- Collaborate with senior management to set annual company objectives, creating a clear roadmap for success.
- Ensure interdepartmental goals are established, and key results are measurable and evaluated.
- Align team efforts with company objectives, fostering a sense of organizational alignment and shared strategy.
