Overview
We are looking for a versatile and self-motivated Personal Sales Assistant & Video Editor to support sales operations and create engaging video content. This dual-role position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and creative ability to edit videos that drive engagement and sales. You\'ll assist with managing client communications, organizing schedules, and editing video content for social media, marketing, and promotional use.
Responsibilities
Sales Assistant Duties :
- Support daily sales activities and client interactions
- Organize and maintain schedules, contacts, and communication logs
- Respond to emails, messages, and inquiries in a timely manner
- Help manage leads, CRM data, and follow-ups
- Assist in preparing proposals, quotes, and presentations
Video Editing Duties :
Edit video content for marketing, social media, and promotional campaignsAdd text overlays, transitions, effects, and audio enhancementsMaintain brand consistency in all visual contentWork with raw footage to create polished, engaging videosMeet tight deadlines and collaborate on creative directionRequirements
Strong organizational and communication skillsProficient in video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, etc.)Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)Ability to multitask and adapt to shifting prioritiesSelf-starter with a proactive and professional attitudePreferred Qualifications
