Location : Saint Joseph, MO | Start : 10 / 13 / 2025 | Duration : 13 Weeks

Shift : Days | 8 hours / day | 40-hour guarantee | No Weekends, No Call

Assignment Overview :

HumanEdge Health is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist to provide care in a Long Term Care setting. The PT will evaluate posture, gait, balance, coordination, and strength to develop treatment plans aimed at improving mobility and independence. You will guide and direct physical therapy services in accordance with facility policies and local, state, and federal regulations.

Key Responsibilities :

Evaluate patients’ mobility, balance, and strength to identify areas for intervention

Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to improve patient independence

Assist patients with daily functional tasks such as standing, walking, and stair navigation

Lead, guide, and supervise therapy delivery within the facility

Maintain compliance with long-term care regulations and facility policies

Requirements :

Minimum of 2 years PT experience preferred

LTC or Rehabilitation experience required

Valid Missouri state license required

Must meet educational requirements for licensure

Valid driver’s license in the state of employment
