The facility seeks to add two Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) for ongoing intermittent coverage, handling a variety of cases including OB, general surgery, and trauma. Candidates must be available for weekend call shifts and are required to be certified and licensed with BLS, ACLS, and DEA credentials. The position involves a busy schedule with a portion of weekend calls, and strong support from physician colleagues for complex cases.

Facility is looking to add 2 CRNA's for sporadic ongoing coverage!

Open Dates :

  • Oct 28-Nov 1 (3 providers)
  • Nov 4-8 (2 providers)
  • Nov 25-27 (1 provider)
  • Dec 23-24 and Dec 26-27 (4 providers)
  • Dec 30-Jan 3 (5 providers)

Start date : ASAP ; End date : Ongoing

Coverage type : Call + Clinic

SCHEDULE :

  • 8 hour shifts, 7a - 3 : 30, Mon-Fri. Some call.
  • Weekend call : Fridays and Sundays OR Saturdays - would need to pick one of these 2 options. Site is very busy and will not allow back to back call shifts
  • Weekend call : Friday 6p - Monday 6a

    • JOB DESCRIPTION :

  • Call is Required. Details below.
  • Cerner & paper charting
  • Level III
  • The really sick peds and truly complicated trauma is almost always shipped out
  • There is always a physician on 2nd call to back them up if there is overlap in patient volume or if the case is a trauma they don t think they can handle
  • Types of cases : OB, General surgery, GI, Bariatric, Uro, Ortho, Neuro, Cardiothoracic, some ENT (most of it is done at the local ASC), some peds.

    • Weekend Call Requirements :

  • Must be able / comfortable with OB / epidurals, some trauma, some spine, simple peds cases, bread and butter stuff to cover call. No hearts.
  • Must be available to cover 3 weekends per month in 2024 ongoing For weekend call coverage, only one weekend per month

    • SUBMISSION REQUIREMENTS :

  • NBCRNA - Required
  • Must be available to cover the dates listed above to avoid being redirected - Required
  • BLS & ACLS - Required
  • IA License or IMLC - Required
  • DEA and CSR - Required
  • Clean record / license needed for quick credentialing - Required
  • Must be able to meet Call Requirements - Required , note at time of name clear
  • Must have proof of COVID-19 Vaccine - Required
