A company is looking for a Weekend Inbound Sales Representative.
Key Responsibilities
Provide expert guidance to families on senior care options and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Handle inbound pre-screened leads remotely, conduct initial consultation calls, and educate families on suitable care options
Act as a liaison between families and senior housing communities or care providers after completing the training program
Required Qualifications
Two or more years of experience in inside sales or inbound call center
Proven history of exceeding sales targets
Ability to multitask effectively while engaging with customers
Strong computer and typing skills, including proficiency in Word, Excel, and internal CRM systems
Must successfully complete the new hire training program
