job_description.job_card.job_descriptionMonitoring and managing patients requiring advanced cardiac, neuro, or hemodynamic support Using evidence-based practice and the nursing process to develop patient care plans Supervising and delegating tasks to members of the healthcare team Participating in hourly rounding and maintaining a safe, patient-centered environment Taking charge responsibilities when needed Supportive ICU leadership that values clinical autonomy and education Collaborative multidisciplinary teams Located in the heart of Glendale, AZ, serving the Northwest Valley Required : Nursing Degree from an accredited nursing school Preferred : Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) Required : Minimum 1 year of ICU or acute care experience Preferred : 2 years in ICU or Cardiac Stepdown with experience in neuro / cardiac assessments and hemodynamic monitoring Specialty certification a plus Current Registered Nurse License in the State of Arizona BLS and ACLS (required per department / facility guidelines) Strong critical thinking and communication skills Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced ICU setting Excellent teamwork and collaboration Passion for delivering compassionate, high-quality patient care Sign-On bonus
