License : Registered Nurse (RN) license required.

Certifications : HCHB experience required.

Must-Have : Hospice experience in home settings.

Description :

RN Hospice position available.

Candidates must have at least 12 months of hospice experience in home settings within the past 3 years.

Experience with HCHB is required.

Schedule is Monday through Friday from 8 : 00 AM to 4 : 30 PM.

There is a weekend on-call rotation every fifth weekend.

Position located within a specified region.
