What you'll do

We are looking for a highly skilled and adept leader to join the dynamic VGOV Engineering Team as the head of the Advanced Microelectronics engineering team. This team comprises RFIC Engineers, MMIC Engineers, Packaging Engineering, IC Probe, and IC Layout.

You will be responsible for :

• People Management : Overseeing Performance, Development & Reward (PD&R) and engagement
• Resource Management : Ensuring resources align with business needs
• Financial Accountability : Meeting operating budgets, including indirect spending
• Driving to meeting operational budgets (such as indirect spending)
• Decision Optimization : Making choices this good for the engineers, good for the product / program teams and good for the government business
• Technical Proficiency : Skilled in developing intricate RF and Microwave IC designs, proven track record as a technical lead on IC design projects, adept at mentoring and fostering the growth of IC design engineers, and experienced in supporting business development through proposal creation

Salary range

$199,000.00 - $314,000.00 / annually.

For specific work locations within San Jose, the San Francisco Bay area and New York City metropolitan area, the base pay range for this role is $247,000.00- $370,000.00 / annually
