Position Function :
Supervise and provide athletic training services for Men's Basketball. Perform other duties as assigned by Associate AD - Sports Medicine / Head Athletic Trainer and Assistant Director of Sports Medicine. Must be a BOC Certified Athletic Trainer and be able to be licensed by the State of Mississippi.
SalaryGrade : to commensurate with experience.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
a. Maintain computerized health / injury records on supervised student-athletes.
b. Serve as liaison between student-athletes and the team physician. This includes ensuring compliance with team physician instructions.
Supervisory Responsibility :
This position does have supervisory responsibilities for athletic training fellows and student athletic trainers.
