Job Title : Stock Picker / Packer

Location : Temecula, CA

Shift : 8 : 00 AM 4 : 30 PM | Rate : $19.25

Hours after 40 will be paid at time and a half

Position Overview

This is a functional role focused on Shipping & Receiving and Material Handling / Inventory Control . The position requires the use of computers and SAP systems for processing orders, shipping preparation, and inventory accuracy. The role supports daily warehouse operations, ensuring materials are handled, stored, and distributed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with Quality Management Systems (QMS) and regulatory requirements.

Key Responsibilities

  • Receive and accurately store materials in the warehouse.
  • Prepare customer orders for shipping in compliance with process standards.
  • Label and meter packages using various freight systems.
  • Package orders, ensuring inclusion of pick lists, proper packing, and compliance with shipping specifications.
  • Process orders using SAP system .
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
  • Prepare for upcoming distribution activities on a daily basis.
  • Support divisional initiatives related to QMS, EHS, and regulatory compliance .
  • Perform job functions in accordance with quality system requirements; errors may result in regulatory noncompliance.

Qualifications

  • 1 3 years of experience in shipping, receiving, or related warehouse environment.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • High attention to detail with ability to follow processes accurately.
  • Basic computer skills required; SAP experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, changing environment .
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and holidays as required.
  • Reliable attendance with ability to work independently and in a team setting.
