General Summary :

A Car Wash Manager oversees up to 5 employees. The Manager is responsible for overseeing the cashier positions, interior cleaning staff, detailing staff and taking care of any customer issues. A Car Wash Manager also has an assistant manager, and a few supervisors who report to him or her.

Primary Responsibilities / Key Results :

Increasing customer satisfaction. The measures are :

• Increasing the speed of vehicles through the wash (speed)
• Decreasing the number of errors made while cleaning the vehicle (quality and safety)
• Increasing the positive feelings of the customer for the entire experience (friendliness)
• Increasing bottom line revenue. The measures are :
• Increasing the extra-service sales (dollar per car)
• Maintaining labor percentages within acceptable ranges (human resource management)
• Maintain budgeted operational costs (optimization)
