OUR LOCATIONS : Our centers in East Ridge, TN, provide quality and affordable healthcare, recognized with an Accredited Care Center designation from the Urgent Care Association.

JOB SUMMARY :

As a valued Medical Assistant, you will deliver crucial clinical care to our patients as part of a dynamic team. Our full-time Medical Assistants work a rotating schedule of 36-40 hours per week, with 12-hour shifts on weekdays and every other weekend. We also welcome PRN (per diem) team members who will be scheduled based on need.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

The following duties and responsibilities are expected for this role but are not exhaustive. Additional tasks may be assigned as needed.

• Greet patients promptly as they arrive at the center.
• Maintain clear communication with patients regarding wait times and next steps in their care.
• Address patient concerns efficiently and request assistance in urgent situations.
• Execute follow-up calls with urgency to improve patient experience.
• Support front desk operations as needed during patient check-in and check-out.
• Measure and document patient vital signs, weights, and relevant medical histories accurately.
• Assist with patient transfers and procedures under provider supervision.
• Adhere to documentation standards for patient visits.
