ACA is seeking a qualified Event & Media Coordinator. Hiring quality staff is a critical effort as we build an institution that establishes the next generation of a modern private Islamic school. Essential Duties and Responsibilities :
Media Coordination :
- Website updating and maintenance.
- Manage social / digital media by posting the latest updates, announcements, and multimedia on all social media platforms including Twitter, Facebook, and Instagram.
- Organize and maintain a current, accessible, and relevant media archive / collection.
- Promote the media center program through newsletters, the school website, and community engagement.
Event Planning Coordination :
Oversee the setup and facilitation of school-wide events with the assistance of the Event Committees.Assist with planning and facilitation of PTA-sponsored school events with the assistance of the Event Committee.Oversee the planning of school field trips.Print event programs for school-wide events.Print certificates for school-wide events.Purchase trophies, medals, and pins for school events.Assist with duties and any other tasks assigned by the office.Assist the Sacred Science Coordinator with cultural events that may require decorations.Other Tasks :
Strictly adhere to the school’s rules and policies.Perform any other tasks / duties assigned by the administration.Qualifications :
Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Administration, Media, or related field required.2 years of teaching experience required.Strong written and oral communication skills.Pay & Benefits :
