Hourly Pay Range : $24.86 - $37.29 - The hourly pay rate offered is determined by a candidate's expertise and years of experience, among other factors.Position Highlights : Position : Expressive TherapistLocation : LOH Mill Street-NapervilleFull TimeHours : 7a-3 : 30pmWhat you will do : Provides individual and group expressive therapy, applying the therapeutic concepts of Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), and Transition Assessment Profile (TTAP).Conducts daily group assessments, and individual assessments as needed, to identify issues for treatment focus and reports in interdisciplinary team meetings.Documents therapy performed, interventions, patient's clinical status, progress, and treatment recommendations in patient's chart.Contributes to the development, implementation, and monitoring of the patient's specialized treatment plan.Demonstrates an understanding, and adheres to all procedures and legislation, which apply to patients cared for in a Mental Health and Substance Abuse treatment facility.Provides orientation and mentorship of new employees.
