Salary : $60,000-$90,000 per year
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Prepare and review accurate monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, and consolidate intercompany financials in accordance with GAAP.
- Oversee accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and general ledger functions to ensure accuracy and efficiency.
- Develop and manage annual budgets, forecasts, and variance analysis to support strategic planning.
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, coordinate with external auditors for annual audits.
- Identify and implement improvements to accounting processes and systems to enhance efficiency and accuracy.
- Monitor and manage cash flow, including forecasting and optimizing liquidity.
- Provide actionable insights through financial analysis to support decision-making by senior management.
- Collaborate with external tax advisors to ensure timely and accurate tax filings.
Qualifications :
Bachelors degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field; CPA certification preferred.Minimum of 3 years of progressive accounting experience.Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., NetSuite or SAP) and advanced Microsoft Excel skills.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail and accuracy.In-depth understanding of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards.Bilingual in English / Mandarin.Job Type : Full-time
