Internet Sales Manager – Mazda of Valley Stream - VNB Auto Group

We’re looking for an Internet Sales Manager (ISM) to join our BDC team at Mazda of Valley Stream. Our department handles phone, internet, digital retail, lease renewals, and service prospects. We need someone who’s sharp, dependable, and motivated to excel as a team.

What You’ll Do :

Daily Activity : 100+ calls / day to maximize sales  (internet, phone, service, and digital retail).

Lead and motivate the BDC team to hit appointment and sales goals.

Manage & champion Internet / phone leads  through our CRM with speed and tenacity.

Work alongside agents and collaborate with the sales floor to improve performance and closing ratios.

Maintain consistency in scheduling and presence during peak dealership hours.

Drive team performance to achieve consistent closing ratios of 10–13% on internet and phone leads.

What We’re Looking For :

3+ years of BDC or internet sales experience is a requirement (managerial a plus).

Organized, accountable, efficient, and dependable.

Time management skills a must

Willing to work weekends and dealership hours.

Coachable but also confident enough to lead.
