We are looking for a motivated and experienced individual to join our team as an Education Program Manager.
Job Summary :
The Education Program Manager will play a critical role in ensuring the successful delivery of our after school and camp programs. This position involves managing school clients, recruiting and overseeing instructors, and ensuring the seamless operation of our programs. The ideal candidate will have a background in teaching and educational administration, possess strong organizational and communication skills, and be a proactive problem solver.
Key Responsibilities :
- Manage and renew relationships with school clients.
- Act as the primary point of contact for client communications.
- Ensure client satisfaction and act on feedback to improve program offerings.
- Recruit, train, and supervise instructors who deliver after-school classes.
- Provide ongoing support and professional development to instructors.
- Monitor and evaluate instructor performance to maintain high teaching standards.
- Oversee junior operational staff to ensure smooth program operations.
- Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide guidance and support.
- Review and adapt lesson plans to ensure they meet educational standards and client needs.
- Oversee procurement and distribution of teaching materials to instructors.
- Stay updated on client and market trends to adapt and enhance program offerings.
Qualifications :
Minimum of 3 years of teaching experience in a school setting.At least 2 years of experience in a managerial role, such as an administrator, team lead, or department head.Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong leadership abilities and comfort in managing teams.Independent, self-starter with a proactive approach to problem-solving.Passion for STEM education and commitment to student success.Benefits :
