Job Description\n

American Traveler is seeking an experienced RN for a Labor & Delivery night shift position requiring a TN or compact RN license and at least one year of L / D experience.

\n \n Responsibilities\n

  • Hospital setting in a combined OB / GYN unit
  • Night shifts from 7 : 00 PM to 7 : 00 AM
  • 13-week contract duration
  • Provides care for laboring mothers and postpartum patients
  • Patient population includes obstetric and gynecologic cases
  • Provide nursing care to laboring and postpartum mothers in an OB / GYN combined unit
  • COVID-19 vaccination card required
  • First-time travelers will be considered

  • Active TN or compact RN license
  • Minimum one year of recent labor & delivery nursing experience
  • Must not reside within 60 miles of the facility
  • Cannot have worked as permanent staff at any LifePoint facility within the past 12 months
  • Cannot be employed elsewhere full time
  • Non-RQI BLS (American Heart Association or equivalent) accepted
  • Social Security number and date of birth required for consideration
