Title : Registered Nurse – Cardiovascular Operating Room (CVOR) – Open Heart

Location : Newark, DE

Shift : Full-Time, Day Shift (Monday–Friday with flexibility for mid-shifts and Open Heart Call)

Sign-On Bonus : Eligible CVOR-experienced candidates may receive a sign-on bonus paid over 24 months

Position Summary

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Registered Nurse to join our Open Heart Operating Room Team . This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate OR nurse who thrives in a fast-paced, high-acuity environment and is committed to delivering exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide direct nursing care in accordance with established policies and procedures.
• Collaborate with the surgical team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Participate in Open Heart procedures and be available for on-call coverage as required.
• Maintain a safe and sterile environment in the operating room.

Qualifications

Minimum 3 years of Operating Room experience.
