Role Description

We are looking for a Part-Time Assistant Manager to join our team in Rochester, MN. In this role, you will support the Store Manager by leading and motivating the sales team, delivering an exceptional customer experience, and ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You’ll play a key part in achieving sales goals, maintaining store standards, and fostering a positive, customer-focused environment.

What you will do

• Lead, motivate, and coach team members to meet sales and service goals
• Ensure exceptional customer experiences through attentive service and styling support
• Maintain visual merchandising and store presentation standards
• Assist with inventory management and store operations
• Support daily opening and closing procedures
• Uphold company policies and a culture of teamwork and professionalism
