A company is looking for a Member Experience Specialist to enhance member engagement and support.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to welcome new members and provide information about Healthplan features
Identify trends from calls to improve policies and procedures
Facilitate quarterly Member Advisory meetings and meet quality assurance metrics
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of customer service experience, preferably in a healthcare call center
Experience with Microsoft Office applications and data entry systems
Health Insurance or care management background preferred
Government security clearance and US citizenship required (for specific roles)
