The Clinical Director is responsible for overseeing and managing the clinical services of a residential treatment facility serving adolescents aged 11–17. This leadership position ensures the delivery of high-quality, evidence-based therapeutic services in alignment with the facility’s mission of healing youth, supporting families, and restoring hope. The Clinical Director implements the overall clinical programing of the center and provides clinical supervision to therapy and case management staff. Position also maintains compliance with licensing and accreditation standards (e.g., DBHDS, Joint Commission), and collaborates across departments to support a holistic care approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 7 years of experience providing clinical services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory or leadership role.
• Demonstrated experience working with adolescents in a residential or acute care setting.
• Strong knowledge of trauma-informed care, evidence-based practices, and adolescent development.
• Proficient in clinical documentation, EMR systems, and compliance standards.
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Critical thinking and clinical decision-making.
• Ethical and professional integrity.
• Cultural competence and sensitivity.
• Ability to remain calm in crisis situations.
