As a Front Desk Security Officer with Allied Universal at a government location, you will be the first point of contact for visitors and staff, providing a welcoming presence while supporting security-related protocols. Your responsibilities will include monitoring entry and exit activity, verifying credentials, and assisting with inquiries, all while delivering outstanding customer service. You will help to deter security-related incidents through your professional demeanor and strong communication skills. • Receive site-specific training and guidance from experienced teams
• Deliver consistent, professional security presence and customer service
• Be ready to fill in at short notice when urgent needs arise
