Responsibilities

Client Interaction : Engage with clients to provide information, answer questions, and address concerns regarding insurance policies.

Problem Resolution : Handle client inquiries and issues efficiently and effectively to ensure customer satisfaction.

Policy Guidance : Assist clients in understanding their insurance coverage and recommend appropriate solutions to meet their needs.

Documentation : Maintain accurate records of client interactions, policy details, and any necessary follow-up actions.

Customer Support : Provide ongoing support to clients, ensuring a seamless experience with our services and products.

Requirements

Customer Service Experience : Previous experience in a customer service role is preferred.

Communication Skills : Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members.

Problem-Solving Abilities : Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client issues efficiently.

Attention to Detail : Ability to maintain accurate records and ensure information is correct and up-to-date.

Property & Casualty Insurance License within 60 days of employment. Company Paid.
