  • Floating : May float to inpatient areas within local healthcare facilities\n
  • Estimated Weekly Pay : $1800 - $1840\n

    • \n\nRegistered Nurse Qualifications\n \n

  • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license in Ohio\n
  • Minimum 1 year of recent experience in cardiac stepdown, telemetry, or acute care nursing\n
  • Required certifications : ACLS, BLS, NIH Stroke\n
  • Ability to work night shifts and float to other inpatient units\n
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills\n
  • Completion of all onboarding and compliance documentation\n

  • Provide safe, efficient, age-specific nursing care to cardiac stepdown patients and their families\n
  • Utilize the nursing process to help patients achieve optimal health outcomes\n
  • Demonstrate technical proficiency in cardiac and acute care procedures\n
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams\n
  • Float to designated inpatient areas including SDU, MCU, West Medical, West Surgical, and Emergency Department for boarded patients\n
  • Contribute to professional nursing practice and demonstrate leadership in clinical settings\n
  • Perform additional RN duties as assigned\n
