A Level II Trauma Center in Tacoma, WA is seeking an experienced Orthopedic Surgeon for Locum Tenens Coverage, ongoing starting with 12 / 25-1 / 1 / 25

  • 24hr on call shifts
  • On going coverage up to 2 weeks per month.
  • The dates will be based on what their internal doctor is not working
  • Duration : 6 - 9 months
  • Facility : Level II Trauma Center in Tacoma, WA
  • Setting : Hospital and Outpatient Clinic
  • 0-7 Cases / Day
  • Duties : 2 weeks per month covering the ER 24 / 7 with dedicated PA support. 3 days outpatient clinic(these days are not confirmed, will be three mornings each week, Monday-Friday.)
  • Required Procedures : Full spectrum of orthopedic cases minus complex pelvic issues.
  • EMR : EPIC

Requirements :

  • Board Certified
  • WA or IMLC with LOQ in Hand
  • Residency Requirements / Fellowship Fellowship trained Orthopedic Trauma Surgeon
  • 5 years of Level II Experience or Higher
  • BLS, DEA - Will consider candidates that will obtain once offer is accepted.
