About Your Role :

• This is a hands-on, full-time position with day-to-day duties that include leading instructional efforts by developing and implementing lesson plans aligned with state standards and the school's curriculum for Kindergarten.
• The educator will deliver engaging lessons tailored to diverse learners, collaborate with colleagues to enhance teaching methods, and set clear learning objectives.
• The role also includes fostering positive relationships with parents and the community, communicating student progress, representing the school at district events, and completing administrative tasks like grading.
