We’re looking for a detail-oriented Inventory Specialist to help manage our materials and support production.
This role is perfect for someone who likes structure, accuracy, and working in a team environment.
What You’ll Do
- Receive and label incoming materials
- Organize and put stock away in the correct locations
- Issue materials to production and shipping as needed
- Maintain accurate records in our ERP system (training provided)
- Assist with cycle counts and inventory checks
- Support recycling and waste management processes
- Help with unloading trucks or moving materials when needed
- Follow all safety and quality procedures What We’re Looking For
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in inventory, stockroom, or warehouse work preferred
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Comfortable using computers (ERP experience a plus)
- Able to lift up to 50 lbs safely
- Forklift experience a plus (we’ll train if needed) Why Join Us

- High school diploma or equivalent. 2+ years of experience in warehouse operations or logistics.
- Experience with ERP systems; familiarity with Shop-Trak and Syteline preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling inventory.
- Capable of safely lifting and handling up to 50 pounds when required.
- Forklift certification (preferred but not required).
- Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and operational needs.
Work Environment & Physical Requirements :
Warehouse environment with exposure to varying temperatures.Standing, walking, and lifting for extended periods.May require occasional overtime, weekend, or holiday work.Location :
