Pay Information

$300 to $350 per hour

About The Position

  • Seeking a Board-Certified Hematology / Oncology physician for a locum-to-perm opportunity starting November 1, 2025.
  • The role involves both outpatient and inpatient oncology care within a well-established team, with the option to transition into a permanent position.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Provide outpatient oncology and hematology care (~25 patients / day).
  • Inpatient rounding during call weeks (~20 patients / day).
  • Participate in tumor boards and collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
  • Manage bone marrow transplants and blood bank responsibilities.
  • Order tests, imaging, and prescribe treatments.
  • Work closely with nurse oncologists for chemotherapy administration.

    Job Requirements

  • Board Certified in Hematology & Oncology (required).
  • Active South Carolina medical license (or willingness to obtain).
  • DEA and BLS certifications (required).
  • Clean malpractice and background history.
