SCCI is seeking a skilled Technical Systems Analyst to join our team! This position will provide equipment operation support for a shore-based training system for a Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Combat Systems contract. This position is in support of future work expected in 2026 and is located in Dahlgren, VA

Overview

In this position, you will provide equipment operation support for a shore-based training system for a Naval Surface Warfare Center Dahlgren Division (NSWCDD) Combat Systems contract.

Responsibilities

Developing and maintaining system documentation for AEGIS Combat System
Creating, maintaining, and updating data utilizing industry-standard and government-created programs
Managing automated data management systems and developing configuration data management repositories
Working independently to ensure the accuracy and integrity of system data and documentation
Communicating effectively both orally and through formal reports written in specified government formats
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure data and documentation meet operational requirements

Essential Skills And Experience

Must be a U.S. Citizen and have an Active Secret Security Clearance

High School Diploma

Minimum of three (3) years of training and / or experience in information management of the AEGIS Combat System, including developing and maintaining system documentation and creating / maintaining / updating data

Experience in automated data management systems and the ability to develop configuration data management repositories

Strong understanding of simulation systems engineering principles

Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Effective communication skills, both written and verbal

Preferred Skills And Experience

Proven ability to manage and maintain complex system documentation

Demonstrated expertise in information management and data management systems

Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
