Maintenance And Electrical Role

This role leads both the maintenance and electrical functions via daily and preventative maintenance support needs for the operational teams. This role is accountable for creating and deploying technical skills development plans for maintenance team and for leadership of the MRO, maintenance planning, and maintenance supervision functions to support appropriate parts, supplies, and tool inventories to drive minimal unplanned downtime and expected production.
