Nature and Scope
We are thrilled to announce the opening of our Skilled Nursing Facility slated for later this year and are eager to welcome new team members. We anticipate this position will begin in the fall of 2025. While we strive to extend job offers and fill roles for this new service as soon as possible, please be aware that start dates may be adjusted if there are any changes to the opening schedule.
The Restorative Nursing Assistant (RNA) works with residents needing restorative nursing measures to gain or to maintain their highest, possible, practical functioning level. Provides direct restorative care and delegated therapy tasks.

We are located at 1065 Bucks Lake Road, Quincy, CA 95971.
Compensation
Compensation Philosophy :
- We have 30 pay increments on our pay scales to compensate staff for 30 years of relevant experience.
Compensation range :
$22.67 - $32.32Sign on Bonus :
A sign-on bonus is being offered in the amount of $1,500.00 to the successful incumbent for this position when hired in a full time employment status, subject to the terms of the agreement.New hires who accept part-time benefited employment status in this role will be offered a pro-rated sign on bonus.Employees hired in this role in a per diem employment status are ineligible for sign on bonuses.Job Status / Shift Information

Preferred Experience :
Previous experience in skilled nursing facility or long term care.Knowledge / experience with Point Click CareRNA certifiedEducation :
Current California license as a Certified Nursing Assistant.Current CPR certificationMust obtain RNA certification within 6 months of hire.Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities :
Ability to communicate effectively in English both verbally and in writing.Ability to function independently with indirect supervision.Training in gait belt use, safe transfers, and body mechanicsCreative problem solverResponsibilities
Administer restorative activities specific to resident needsAssists residents in progressive mobility as ordered by physician which may include providing PROM and active ROM, special positioning techniques, bed mobility, ambulating, cones, splints, contracture care, assistive feeding devices / adaptive equipment, ADL specifics and training, bowel and bladder management, restorative dining, and bladder retraining, safety device application and release, and appropriate padding and wheelchair cushions.Administer Restorative Dining Program.Perform transfers, bed mobility, positioning and range of motion (passive / active).Perform general strengthening exercises.Benefits / Perks

Our program is operational from 7 : 45am to 5 : 15pm, Monday through Friday, and is approved for children aged 0 to 5 years.
