The Appointment Setter schedules meetings between potential clients and Sales Associates. He / She books appointments, confirms details, manages rescheduling, maintains records, and works with Sales teams to create strategies to generate leads and increase sales. Being an Appointment Setter is a fulfilling career for many, but there also is a career path to Sales Associate and Management roles for those with the desire and drive.
Job Responsibilities Contact potential clients by phone, email, or other forms of communication; may use scripts and lists of contacts to create interest in our products or services M aintain accurate records of scheduled appointments, including the appointment time, venue or log in instructions, and client contact information A nswer questions from potential clients to determine their interest in the product or service Arrange the dispatch of sales materials, record notes for follow-up action, update marketing databases, report issues to managers, and maintain statistics of calls made and successes achieved Who Should Apply We look for 7 qualities in Bet-David Consulting :
