Licensed Practical Nurse –LPN

Schedule : Day shift : 7AM-3PM

Night Shift : 11PM - 7AM

Pay Rate Range : $44-47 / HR

• Case Specific Rate Only

Day Shift Rate : $44 / HR

Night Shift Rate : $47 / HR

$750 Night Shift Bonus - Paid out in increments of $250 for every 40 hours worked
