For you : $175,000 annual income (uncapped multi-faceted compensation plan) Base pay, commission, bonuses and annual incentive programs $10,000 sign on bonus (within the first 90 days); of which $1,000 is earned upon successful completion of Momentum Sales University Up to a $15,000 annual production bonus (on top of existing bonuses) 5-day work week (industry standard is 6+) Reduced weekend hours Plethora of career advancement opportunities W-2 employment Full benefits Company issued iPad
