Pylon is hiring : Events Marketer in San Francisco

We’re building an all-in-one support platform powered by conversational data and layered with intelligence to help our customers run their operations in real-time. We’re backed by YCombinator, General Catalyst, and a16z and have over 500 B2B companies trusting Pylon to power their customer support and success.

This is a fully in-person role; we do not offer remote or hybrid options.

What you will do

Own the strategy, planning, and execution for all of Pylon's in-person and virtual events

Collaborate with cross-functional partners to build pipeline and brand visibility

Ideate and execute creative, memorable event experiences that differentiate Pylon in the CX space and generate buzz within the community

Setup weekly private dinners for CX leaders

Organize monthly in-person meetups for folks that work in customer support, success, and related roles ( CS San Francisco Monthly Meetups are a great adjacent example of this)

Host webinars with CX leaders

Help us put together the first Pylon conference

Develop and nurture ongoing relationships with event attendees through post-event follow-up and community building

What we are looking for

3+ years experience in B2B events marketing

Proven track record of generating high-quality leads through event strategy and execution

You're creative, organized, scrappy, and biased toward action

You are a people person and like building relationships

Ability to frequently travel for on-site event coordination

Excellent verbal and written communication skills
