Full Sail Media is seeking an exceptional, talented individual to join operations in our growing company as an Offset Press Operator of our 28” Komori 5 Color & Coater at our Baltimore location. Full Sail Media seeks driven individuals who share its passion for intuitive and quality print marketing and customer service surpassing that of our competition. This is a unique opportunity for an individual with interest and experience in printing and graphics to work and be involved with the offset production process.

The Offset Press Operator candidate must possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills with clients and staff. The Offset Press Operator candidates must be highly organized and be able to work efficiently on multiple projects to meet tight deadlines.

Responsibilities include but not limited to :

• Make ready and operate offset printing press.
• Follow job jacket to determine quantity to print, stock specifications, colors and special printing instructions
• Constantly check pull sheets for ink density, position, and registration. Make adjustments to press throughout production run to maintain specific registration and color density.
• Perform proper and required maintenance as well as cleaning of press.
• Perform other duties as assigned by Manager.
