Our company is growing, and we need a part-time maintenance professional who has the know-how to keep our facilities and equipment in top shape. You’ll conduct regular inspections and routine maintenance across our self-storage complexes, multi-family, and commercial properties. Compensation : $25-$30 hourly

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine and preventative maintenance tasks, including minor plumbing, electrical, appliances, and grounds maintenance.
• Respond to and resolve maintenance requests from tenants in a timely and professional manner.
• Conduct property inspections and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance.
• Prepare vacant units for new tenants, including light repairs, painting, and cleaning.
• Preserve and respect resident confidentiality and privacy.
• Interact positively with residents and the community.
• Work with the property management to ensure compliance with company, state, and federal policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all maintenance activities and work orders.
• Manage inventory of maintenance supplies and equipment.
• Take additional maintenance requests as assigned.
