Role Description

This is a full-time role for a LMHC, LCSW, or LMFT based in Tampa, FL. The Licensed therapist will provide individual and couples therapy sessions, develop and implement treatment plans. Additional responsibilities include case management, relationship counseling, and collaboration with other healthcare professionals to optimize client outcomes.

Qualifications

• Treatment Planning and Case Management skills
• Expertise in Mental Health and Psychology
• Experience in Relationship Counseling
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Active state licensure as a Licensed Mental Health Counselor
• Master’s degree in Counseling, Psychology, or a related field
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team
• Experience with electronic health records (EHR) systems is a plus
