Double O's Coffee was founded with opportunity in mind. Not only for the people founding it but for everyone who chooses to play a role in its growth. That's where you come in! Starting as a coffee truck around Orlando, quickly becoming popular with our specialty coffee and keeping it easy at our core, we became more than just coffee. That's why we put it in our mission statement : To empower our communities and drive the human opportunity – grounded in our people, places, and values. It's how we #staygrounded .

Surfboard Shapers are the craftsmen of the waves, crafting boards that riders will use to carve up the surf. They take great pride in their work, and it shows in the quality of their boards. The baristas at Double O's Coffee take great pride in their craft, and it shows with the quality of the drinks they create. They're not just responsible for making a fantastic drink but also crafting each person's day better than before!

That is why we named these talented folks " Shapers ."

Like a surfer who rides the ocean to create their own identity with each wave, so do our Shapers. They take pride in knowing that each new drink is an opportunity for them and others alike - it's about being able to make someone else happy and having fun while doing what they love!

SO, WHAT ABOUT YOU? Our Barista's are the most important role in the company (well, maybe second to the payroll department team. Cause let's be honest, you want to get paid) you create the drinks everyone loves and supply the customer service that brings them back for more. (Now that we think about it, you are. Take that payroll department!)
